The Countdown is ON

The beginning of the fall semester is rapidly approaching, and you know what that means: TENNIS! We are so excited for the upcoming season. Here are some important events to put on your calendar if you are interested in joining the team:

• 8/28 6:00 - Find Your Fit: Visit our table at Memorial Field to meet the captains and get more information about the club

• 9/2 11:00 - Hit with Captains: Meet at the courts between 11:00 and 2:00 for a chill hitting session with the team captains to shake the summer rust off! This won’t affect your tryout results because it’s just for fun!

• 9/7 2:30 - University Day: Another chance to visit our table to talk to the captains and ask any questions before tryouts on the T-Hall lawn

• 9/7 8:30 - Info Meeting: We will meet in the HRC room 107C and will talk about the logistics for joining the team, expectations, and what the fall season will look like!

• 9/8-10 - Tryouts: Beginning Friday 9/8 at 4:00, come to the courts to try out for the team. We want competitive players, but also those with a great attitude! You may not have to attend all three days.

Nets are up!

As the weather begins to warm, the ‘Cats head outdoors for practice starting this week. We are pumped to head into the remainder of the semester with a full schedule of practices and weekend matches. This Sunday 4/2 at noon, we have a spring season opener at home versus UMass Lowell.

Stay tuned for the following matches including a UNH Community Tournament on Saturday 4/22! This doubles tournament is open to the entire UNH/Durham community that will be held from 10 am-2 pm.

Cats kick off the semester!

Spring semester and indoor practices have officially begun, and more exciting plans are underway. We are excited to announce that we have launched a hoodie with Koastal Kooks! This was a fun project and 20% of all sales go to our organization. This sale ends Thursday 2/2, so grab one! Also, grab dinner at Clark's American Bistro on 2/8. Our own Ian Stackpole will be bartending, and a percentage of your meal will go to our organization.

This year we have our Nationals Tournament in Orlando from 2/24-2/26. We are extremely excited about this trip and we’d like to thank everyone for all the support we’ve had to help make opportunities like this happen.

It is shaping up to be an epic semester for the team. Go ‘Cats!!
